 The use of creatine monohydrate improved body pain, strength, and physical fibromyalgia impact scores in a study of 19 patients with fibromyalgia. There was no improvement in fatigue or total fibromyalgia impact scores. Patients were given 20gm per day for 5 days which was reduced to 5gm per day thereafter.
