That is not a problem. Your data is not stored on our server (web site), so you have these options:

page and fill out only those that you wish to amend.

The Full Report
- Your report, created by The Analyst™. ( Sample )
- Delivery by e-mail.
- A personal review of your case by one of our doctors. The doctor assigned to your case will fully review your report in the context of your notes and deal with any issues that you have raised through a summary with recommendations.
- Excellent support should you have any difficulties.

The Standard Report
is similar to the Full Report but somewhat smaller. It includes all of
the above except the personal review by one of our doctors. The Analyst™
produces excellent results by itself, so we offer this option to those who are either planning on seeing a doctor afterwards or are satisfied with
a more automatic evaluation. |
Speaking with a Naturopath Some who have read their report find that they would like to speak with a doctor. If you would like to discuss your report and/or other health issues by telephone, simply contact us via e-mail for information on how to arrange an appointment.
We will ask you to specify a convenient time, and to indicate what you would like to talk about. A doctor will call you, the charge being $30 for a 15-minute session. In situations where we are unable to help, we will tell you so: no charge will be made and we will suggest where else you may find help. |

Credit Card
PayPal:
You may pay by credit card through PayPal
- one of the Internet's most popular and secure payment methods. PayPal has announced that you no longer have to set up an account with them to
make a payment!
We have carefully selected services that maintain patient anonymity: the only information we receive from PayPal is your e-mail address and name.
PayPal transactions are handled automatically without any input required from
us. This is the quickest way to make your payment, unless you only have a non-US
credit card, although PayPal does work with at least 45 different countries now.
Remember, when using a PayPal account registered under a
different name or email address than you used in the questionnaire, please
insert a note regarding who this payment is for in the "Name Used with
Questionnaire?" text box you will see when making payment. This avoids the
confusion and delay experienced when a payment is made, and we have no idea who
it is for.
INTERNATIONAL AND NON-US RESIDENTS
We prefer PayPal, but their verification process for international customers may take
considerable time to complete (over one month if you do not have online access
to your bank account). This is their policy, over
which we have no control. If you find that this long delay is a problem for you, please click one of the buttons below and we will send alternative (ProPay)
credit card payment instructions via e-mail.
ProPay:
If you have a US-based credit card, either PayPal or ProPay will work, but ProPay
does not have any sign-up requirement for making payments to companies
such as ours. They do have a sign-up fee and application process if you want others
to pay you, but not in order for you to make a payment to us. Many people
easily and successfully use ProPay.
ProPay accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American
Express
The other limitation is delay. An email is sent to us when you click a button
below, and we then manually request a specific payment from you. This is not an
automated process. That means if you use ProPay, there will be a delay before
being able to make your payment. This delay could be at least 15 minutes if
during office hours or considerably longer outside of office hours. We always
process these ProPay requests, but you should be prepared to wait, even
overnight depending on where you are located.

Check or Money Order
Checks and Money Orders especially can provide anonymity should that be desired. Although these forms of payment take a few days to reach us, they are cleared the next working day and your report is sent.
