Although we maintain the highest standards of accuracy and thoroughness, no one (including The Analyst™) is yet 100% accurate at uncovering all health issues.  If you have a complaint about your report, we want to hear about it - that is how we remain at the forefront of our business.
 
OUR GUARANTEE:
Should The Analyst™ fail to discover any important and likely condition based on the information that you have submitted, we will refund at least the cost of your report.

NOTE
For obvious reasons, your report will not list all possible conditions that you could possibly have.

  • An important condition is one that, left undiscovered or untreated, would have serious and/or irreversible consequences.
  • A likely condition is one that has a reasonable (better than 25%) chance of being present.
  • The submitted information includes your answers to the multiple-choice questions as well as associated notes.  In the case of a Full Report, this term also includes the additional information about yourself that is entered at the end of the questionnaire.
Medicine is an inexact science and doctors frequently disagree even amongst themselves.  In order to transition from this imprecise realm into a clear-cut decision as to whether a refund is appropriate, we employ a two-step process that involves a decision first by one of our doctors and, should it prove necessary, a final decision by a doctor of your choice that we will abide by. A request for a refund should be made within a reasonable period of time after you have received your report. Typically this would be within two months.

Complaints Procedure

If you receive an inaccurate report because you made a mistake in the information that you gave us, simply tell us the correct information and we will send you a new report with the change(s) incorporated, free of charge.

If, on the other hand, it is we that have made a mistake, please include the following information:
  • Your full name or reference number
  • A statement detailing what is wrong and why you believe it to be so.
...and follow this procedure:
  1. Contact Us!
    If it is a straightforward omission on our part, the payment for your report will be immediately and fully refunded to show our appreciation of your bringing the matter to our attention.
     
  2. Should further investigation be required...
    We may, for various reasons, have to delay the processing of your complaint pending a final decision* by a licensed doctor. Once decided in your favor, we will refund double what you paid for your report as compensation for your trouble.

    * The final decision should consist of a letter by a licensed doctor on headed stationery. This letter should briefly state, with reasons, that in his or her professional opinion The Analyst™ has failed to discover one or more important and likely conditions based on the information that you submitted to us. We will cooperate fully in supplying a copy of this information.
